~ Each week your child will come to the library on Tuesday or Thursday. I will read stories, teach library skills, and/or sometimes we will do fun activities.

~ After storytime your child may check out 2 books for 1 week.

*Students are encouraged to have at least 1 AR book at all times.

*They may be required to check out 2 AR books near the end of a quarter

if they have not yet made enough progress towards their goal.

~ Books must be returned by Tuesday or Thursday morning for your child to be allowed to check out different books that week.

*Books may be renewed for 1 additional week if necessary.

~ Overdue notices (“pink slips”) may be sent home if a book is not returned in a timely manner. After 4 weeks overdue, a book is considered lost and payment will be requested for a replacement to be purchased by the school.

~ Your child has been encouraged to keep their books in their backpack. This will help ensure that your child has their books when they need them...at home to read or at school to return on library day.
