Fourth Grade Classroom Rules

1. Use Self-Control:

· Raise your hand before talking

· Sit in your seat at appropriate times

· Keep your body and objects to yourself

· Do not invade other’s personal space

2. Show Respect:

· Be respectful to yourself, others, and school property

· Use appropriate language

3. Show Responsibility:

· Be prepared for class

· Have all material ready for class

4. Be cooperative:

· Work together with others as a team

· Be a good listener

Fourth Grade Consequences

1. Verbal Warning

· Name is written on the board by the student

2. Pull Green Card

· Fill out a “Think Sheet”

· Miss recess

3. Pull Yellow Card

· Continue and add to the original “Think Sheet”

· Call is made to the parent or guardian by the student

· Recess is missed

4. Pull Red Card

· “Think Sheet” is continued

· Call is made to the parent or guardian by the student

· Stay after school with Mrs. Siragusa (Transportation will be arranged by the parent. If transportation is an issue, please contact me to arrange an alternate time such as lunch.)
