The annual all school spelling bee held on Tuesday, March 19th was a thriller
from start to finish. Two sixth graders squared off in the final round which
went on and on until Veronica Cross won by spelling Senorita. Congratulations,
Veronica!
Dana Duriavich and Andrea Corriveau will compete in the DeKalb County Spelling
Bee held at Kishwaukee College on Saturday, March 1, 2008. Andrew Hall, Abby
Moore, Caleb Penton, Matt Scudder, and Riley Ryburn will represent ICMS at the
Jr. 10 Spelling Bee on Thursday, March 13th at the Earlville Middle School at
6:30 PM. Good luck to all our spelling bee participants.
