Cyber-Bullying

Indian Creek Middle School and the DeKalb Police Department will host a family technology safety program at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 17, 2007. The program will be held at ICMS. Important technology safety information concerning the latest internet concerns will be shared with parents.
Has your son or daughter been a victim of cyber-bullying?
Does your student have a My-Space account? Have you looked at the web site?
Do you know how to access your child’s internet accounts, such as FaceBook, My-Space, chat rooms, email, etc.?
If you need answers to any of these questions, then, you won’t want to miss this important program. This is a great opportunity for parents to become informed and prepared to deal effectively with these ever-changing technology issues.
There are many good websites that will be given to those attending. These websites can offer positive resources for parents.
Join us for an informative evening that can open communication and help cultivate reasonable expectations between informed parents and their computer “savvy” children.
Indian Creek Middle School faculty and staff want to sincerely thank the CCC organization and all those who assisted them in making the 25th Annual People to People Auction such a huge success.
The afternoon was filled with lively bidding and donated items selling high. It was most entertaining watching people bid against each other and pay top dollar for items they wanted.
We appreciate all the good things the CCC sponsors for our school and the support they give to help our schools be the best they can be.

Thank you CCC!!
