Overview: This course is designed to help the student learn and solve problems by the scientific method. The student will also develop skills in laboratory procedures, library research, mathematics, and note taking. Problems for study will come from chemistry, mechanics, heat, sound, light, and electricity. As the student becomes more proficient, he/she will be encourage to take the initiative and work on project of his/her own choosing.
