Course Description
Concert Band
The band will offer students training in band musicianship and performance. The band will be expected to perform at a variety of public functions, including parades, concerts, and contests. All performances are required as listed above. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances are a large part of the student's overall grade. Jazz band, pep band, and other small groups are available for students enrolled in this course. A student who has not been in the band program previously may be required to audition with the director to determine placement.
