Overview:	This course includes classroom studies and practice driving instruction, both of which are necessary. The practice driving section is in the laboratory portion of driver education. The purpose of classroom instruction is to teach about personal, physical, and social problems of driving, which are as important to the future driver.
Practice driving instruction embraces:	a) The actual driving experience. b) Observation, which includes all other time spent in the practice car.
