WATERMAN LION’S CLUB KISHWAUKEE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
The Waterman Lion’s Club offers one
scholarships each academic year to any graduate of Indian Creek High School
from the former Waterman District, who plans to enter Kishwaukee Community
College with the intent of enrolling in any two year Associate Degree program
(for one year a total of two years financial assistance which must be taken
to four consecutive semesters only) in the amount of $500. per semester for
two years. The student must meet the requirements for admission to be eligible
for the second year of assistance. The
scholarship is not restricted to tuition and fee payments, but may be spent
as the recipient sees fit. Selection
for the scholarship will be based upon the following criteria.

Rank
in Graduating Class
3.
Recommendations
4.
Application
5.
Intent
to enroll in the Associate Degree program at Kishwaukee College
6.
Application
received by deadline date
The selection committee for the scholarship is composed
of Indian Creek Education Foundation. Applications
are due March 31, 2008.
In the event the student, for any reason, fails to
satisfy any of the above criteria, he or she will forfeit the scholarship. If the student does not complete the Associate
Degree Program, or changes to another program, the scholarship will not be awarded.
