National Honor Society
Blood Drive

The Indian Creek High School's National Honors Society hosts blood drives every school year in the ICHS gym. Community members as well as high school students, faculty, and staff are all encouraged to participate in the blood drive. Nearly everyone who is at least 17 years of age and in good health can donate blood. Sixteen-year-olds who would like to donate blood should pick up a permission form from Mr. Farnsworth. Sixteen-year-olds who want to donate blood but do not see Mr. Farnsworth can download a permission form from our web site.

Ever thought about donating blood? Now you have a chance. There is a 95% chance that someone in your family, a fellow employee, a friend, or even you will need a blood transfusion at some time in your life! Hospitals in our area need almost 1,935 pints of blood every week. You can help someone who is ill or injured and meet friendly people who are helping their community when donating blood.

The Indian Creek Chapter of the National Honor Society is sponsoring the blood drive as a service to our community. To schedule your appointment to donate blood or if you have any questions, please talk with a member of the National Honor Society or call the high school at 815-824-2197.
